Jimmy, I love Asian food for the simplicity of cooking. I can make five or six different dishes in as little as 45 minutes. Mongolian Beef, is probably the easiest to fix. I think my mom, had me making it at the age of seven years. This is an Internet recipe, that had a wonderful flavor and called for store bought coleslaw mix for ease. I prefer my own using fresh carrots, and cabbage. The slaw cooked down to nothing and doesn't give off the flavors as the larger cuts do. You can just substitute broccoli and have beef and broccoli if you prefer. Here is the recipe for this one. I just ate it for breakfast and the flavors intensified over night.
