When Frying Gets Old

Baked Cajun Large Mouth Bass. 275 degrees for 45 minutes. It's fantastic and a change from frying.

1/2 stick melted butter
Cajun Season to taste
Salt & white pepper
Lemon or lime
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Rosemary
Panko Bread Crumbs
