Apricot glazed Boston Butt
Garlic mashed potatoes
Corn casserole
Cabbage w/smoked hocks
Great Northern Beans w/smoked hocks
Sweet Tea
Pecan Pie
One hour start to finish.

I don't care for black eye peas, but do love crowder peas and all other beans. Maybe the great northerns, will bring me luck.

we had black-eyed peas,cabbage, fatback, ham, porkloin, mac&cheese, taters, mexican cornbread, finished off with strawberry cake, coconut cake, and pineapple cake

We had black eye peas, turnips from the garden, sweet potatoes, cornbread, and pecan pie. We actually had some hog jowls as well as ham.
