No Venison

Postby terry08 » Thu Feb 16, 2017 6:54 pm

But I won't be starving. Tonight it was a wonderful shrimp salad. With romaine lettuce, green onions, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced radishes, crumbled bacon, fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese, seasoned croutons, fried shrimp and topped with savory Vidalia Onion Dressing.

That's looks good Terry but I'm not a fan of radishes in my salad nor the onion dressing but with some good ranch dressing it would be great to me....now this is just me. We had basically the same thing last night but with grilled chicken instead of shrimp.
Anyway you do it it hard to beat a good salad. A couple of days ago we had one fixed with pieces of a fresh ham that I had smoked earlier and had vacuum sealed and frozen.
