Boston Butts

Postby jv » Wed Mar 29, 2017 8:40 am

We been having revival this week and last night was our turn to prepare the meal for the visiting preacher and the rest of the ones heading up the revival so Monday night when I got home I had two Butts already seasoned in the frig and ready for the smoker. Put them on at about 9:30 Monday night and cooked them till around 11:30 Tuesday morning till the internal temp hit 195 mark then wrapped them and placed in a cooler till time to pull them.

Everyone seemed to enjoy them.
