Bone Broth

I have been saving bones from meats for a while. A few days ago I put them in the oven and roasted them for a while then added them and a bunch of veggie scraps to my big roaster pan with a lot of water and set on 200° and let run for 36 hours. I strained the broth then pressure canned it in 24 ounce jars. Good stuff from waste most throw in the trash.

my grandmother used to do that.. they wouldn't waste anything
