Flipper you got it going on! Have good deer in your back yard, hunt and kill like no ones business. And then processes it on your own. Your a great roll model for women of the outdoors. I hope you do kill the turdy point buck.

Yes you are, I am just 12 miles from Benton, and I can't see a deer.
Congratulations on another fine trophy.

Congrats Flipper!

And Glenn is right I have until Feburary 15th. and the rut has not even started down here yet. I still have does with spotted fawns. So if I take a doe it will be later in the year also.

One of our club members hasn't gotten to hunt much this year and asked me to get him some meat. This one was running a doe across the plot about 200 yards away. No time to think anything more than deer, horns, BOOM! He's no wall hanger, but he filled the need.

My view this morning. He cross 10 yards from the end of the grass on the long narrow side at a fast trot behind a doe, about 200 yards.

I am trying, but have had three sick children and wife has been sick, only got to go a couple of times this past weekend. Finally got some bucks on camera in the daylight, and two more weekends to hunt down here. So y'all keep your fingers crossed.

We are pulling for you Curlyjack. I killed the last eight point with about 30 minutes left on the last day I hunted, Saturday. It only adds 2 points as an upgrade, but every little bit helps. I hope you have a very productive last 2 weeks. If I figured it right, we are back in front by 3 points.

Saw a spike following a doe yesterday evening, so the rut is finally starting here. Had a doe and yearling come in early this morning and the the turkey's came in and they left. Going to sit awhile and see what wanders through.

Well Team, I apologize for the poor season. :( I did not even pull a trigger this year. I have not seen a legal buck this year, except in pictures. I am glad you let me in on seeing your harvest, and I hope everybody that hunts the thunder chickens has a safe spring.

I must say, I enjoyed this deer season. I couldn't have asked for a better group of teammates. Does anyone know who won the contest?

Congratulations, to everyone. I have talked to many hunters who have had a horrible season. But it seems that a few on the site have been blessed. You win some and lose some. I enjoyed everyone's posts and photos, and am already looking forward to next season
