Looks like what we used to call coffee weed, might be wrong but from the pic that is what it resembles.

Not much controls its. Classic herbicide at early growth stage does good, gly early and at a hot rate does too.

I agree with LadyHunter looks like coffee weed. All I know is that I am allergic to it so you can keep it with you.
