DIY

anyone have some good DIY projects or tips for hunting gear?

like making knifes, turkey calls, etc???

I have done a few things.
I found a hiking type backpack with a hydration bladder area on sale for really cheap.
I already had a hydr bladder and whatnot from a smaller kit, but wanted a bigger gear bag.
is wasn't camo, but it was green and silver with some reflective parts.
I went to the army surplus and bought an old camo jacket. shred it into strips with scissors, and safety pinned each strip to the pack. it came out really nice. I will get a pic soon.

Do you have an old lawn mower blade, a drill press, a 4 1/2" hand grinder then I can clue you in on a knife you will be proud of... Only one thing it is labor intensive!!!
