Bush Hogging Clover

Postby gtk » Mon Jul 16, 2012 3:40 pm

I've got a clover patch that was beautiful back in the winter/spring. Now its dead, and the whole plot is covered in the dead clover/seed heads. I shook a couple and you could hear the seeds falling..

Should I cut it now, or wait till the fall when its cooler?

I think I'd wait a while (late august early Sept) then throw out some 0-20-20 bush hog and very lightly disk it in just before a good rain
