Clearing plots....

Postby chadbragg » Fri Aug 17, 2012 2:27 pm

I've decided to clear a few new plots out this year. Here is one I opened up today. It is sandwiched between the tuscumbia river and mays creek. It's a small thicket with beans on 3 sides and a pine thicket across creek. Always wanted a plot here hope it turns out to be productive

I planted 4 plots today in anticipation of the storm rain! Changing my strategy up this year. I'm only planting wheat 97% and greens 3%.... Last year I spent WAY to much $$$ on plot seed last year.

GTK I figure we will atleast be in the outer bands! That storm should be so broken up and huge by the time it gets up here. I've got my fingers crossed anyways!

Great looking spot Chad. There's just one thing I gotta ask ya. Do you ever get altitude sickness while hunting out of that stand? ..... :D
