the deer will really start hitting them up, the warmer the weather gets.. Usually the deer hit my licks the hardest, right after they have dropped their fawns ..

I keep mine going year round, and find they hit them most of the year, I keep a camera out close by.

I have kept my salt licks going all year, I pulled a camera off one last week that had been out for 3 weeks. I had over 500 pic at that lick, the deer were using it a lot, coming in 5 and 6 at a time, morning and late afternoon. I had one sow that also visited it during the night on a regular basis.

I had 3,000 pics in 3 weeks over that lick and feeder.

Has anyone noticed any fawns? All the does up until 7-20-13 were still pregnant.
No fawns yet.

I have not checked cam in three weeks ,but no fawns at last check. Just fat does and no fawns.

I have a few decent bucks on the last pull. With my cams out for a month between card pull I should have some good growth on the bucks by the time I get to check next weekend.

Same here, I'm thinking I'll change cards when I go in to burn down plots and bush hog the roads down. Looking forward to some bone growth and some wobbly legged spotted deer lol.
