Yesterday I buried the greatest man I've ever known. I guess in time the pain will subside but his memory will be with me forever and not a day will pass by that I won't think of him and smile. I am having a rough time right dealing with this but I'll make it through ok.
We buried my dad in his favorite camo shirt because I thought it was appropriate because of the passion he had for hunting and the outdoors. I had the florist make a huge deer head out of flowers and an eagle head because thats the name of our company and they came out wonderful. Thanks for all the prayers and I always know I can come here to the msdeer family for help and uplifting. Thanks again

Buckcrazy..I know that has to be tough! I still have both my parents, but I know the time is coming sooner or later. I lost my brother to cancer when he was 25 and I was 26.
This hit me real hard, but knowing he is not suffering any more and haveing all the good memories is what has got me through it!
You will make it fine, just hang onto all those good memories!
I will continue to pray for your family!

Buckcrazy, I can't say I know what you are going through because I don't, I still have my dad, and can't imagine losing him.
But I can empathize with you. And I can pray for you and your family. And I will.
This is a great place with a great bunch of people. If you need anything just holler.

I am so sorry for your loss. In time the pain does get better, and the wonderful memories stay with you forever. You will learn to talk about him and share about him without the heavy heartbreak. I lost both of my parents several years ago, but not a day goes by I do not think of them. Your parents play the major role in shaping who and what you are, and you will think of them as you go about being that person. Praying for you and your family in this time and in the future.

Things will get better in time, i lost my best friend 30 years ago this pass August and still think about the time we shared in the woods and lakes or at the ball fields. The thing that dad most impressed on me was that he always had time to be with us kids in anything we did.

I know your heart is heavy now. Death is never easy, especially when it's someone we love. It's something we all will face. Life everlasting comes for those of us who believe. It is then that we will all be together again with no pain or sorrow. Your father is fine now and you will be too. Lean on the Lord......and your friends here at MS Deer.
