TruGlo's customer service is great :ylsuper:

i've got a truglo dual reticle sight like this, on my son's 10-22
Image

the bolt that holds the scope down was tightened just a "little" too much & stripped out.. I contacted them for a replacement via their website. Almost immediately they got back with me, and shipped a replacement out no-charge.. 8)

Wish all customer service was this fast & this friendly

When I hear about great customer service like this I do my best to do business with that company next time rather than a competitor.

Good to hear. I got a couple red dots on shotguns but yet to have a problem. How do you like that little unit?

I love it. The battery seems to last pretty long.. And on sunny days I can increase the brightness where its easily seen.
