Who Would

Have ever thought we would see the day when you could not find ammunition in this country?

Stickers, I went to three Walmarts, Dicks Sporting Goods, & Academy Sports, Friday. No ammo available at any store. Was looking for 270, 243. They each had a few boxes of 30/06 & a few 30/30. That has been my experience all year.

Bigern76,
I personally believe it is the governments way of disarming the American people without taking their weapons. Just my opinion

Guess we are fortunate around here. There's pretty much everything except 22 and 22's are getting easier to find. The prices are what gets me, it's all because of supply and demand in my opinion.

Terry, I think you are right, but I also believe it is having the opposite effect, at least for now. I think most people are better supplied now than in the past. I used to wait until I was down to just a few bullets left before I would buy more. Now if I get below 3 boxes I start looking to replace them because I know it may take a year, or more to find them. I'm not a hoarder, but I stay better stocked than ever before. I think most people do.

Bass pro in pearl was well stocked in most bullets when I was there Thursday.
