Jv I put them in a zip lock bag with olive oil, Italian dressing, and creole seasoning. Toss good, cooking really depends on your taste. I like mine crunchy so I put them on about 300° for about 20 min or so. That batch was asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, and green pepper. It's very tasty and healthy.
