They smell great, let them marinate over night and just stuffed a batch. Can't wait to try them. Going to see the grand baby today will stuff the rest and grill some this afternoon.

Chad, I probably messed these up. By going for a hot wing and blue cheese flavor, I didn't use any of the traditional spices used in authentic bratwurst. I used only spices I use for hot wings. They were good, but not great, at least that's Sherrie's, take and she is my best critic. And I had to agree, maybe the spice you ordered incorporates the traditional bratwurst spices which I omitted. And wish now I had added, don't get me wrong. I ate eight at one sitting but missed the bratwurst flavor. Will try again.
