Another Batch

These are not venison. Made with ground round and chuck.
The meat and spices had been mixed before I fell ill. They needed to get stuffed and smoked yesterday.
Not wanting to contaminate any thing I would have to enlist Sherrie's assistance. Oh lord, I knew this was not going to sit well with her.
You do the hunting, fishing, meat smoking and most of the cooking. I boil eggs and make coffee. Lol I have never stuffed a sausage in my life.
After coaxing her into helping. I sat in the living room and called out instructions. She did a fine job, but vowed never again. No wonder they are 2.99 in the store, and they ain't nearly as big. If they call them skinny ones slim Jims. Then I name these Bull Sticks.
We vac seal, 1 to five to the pack so we got a choice.

Those look great, She did a great job on them, as soon as you feel better you need to take Sherrie out to eat at a nice place.
