They run $ 3.95 a lb. In my area. They look good Chad. I took two unmarked, vac sealed bags to a friend yesterday. Five in each bag, one venison, and one 85/15 ground chuck. Let me know which is venison and which is chuck, I asked. He called later to say that he, his wife and two sons, tried them. None of us could tell much difference but we all choose the bag marked with the X as venison, best texture and flavor.
Wrong, that was chuck. Lol. Only problem is the chuck cost me $ 14.99 for five pounds. With tax that's $ 3.21 a lb. Would need $ 7.00 a lb for those.

There is only one place that offers jerky and such in my area and they are higher than cats back! Plus this particular seasoning runs a little over $1 per pound even in bulk. Over 5lb of seasoning for 25lb meat. I'm targeting the specialty market and my customers get 100% THEIR meat as I do one customer at a time.

Yes, I understand Chad. Looked at the season and it is high, plus S&H. I try to make my own blends, I can never justify those S&H fees. Almost as much as the product. When you combine the two the deal ain't so great.

You are correct. I try to order in large quantities to help offset the shipping seems you will pay $15-20 shipping whether you order 1pk or 10.

I am actually in need of casings, but I'm waiting until I need some seasonings before I place a order

I know what you mean. I was just picking, it probably cost me 100$ in fuel just to get to you unless you live extreme sw Mississippi. Looks good though.

My son's school make snack stick/ slim jims.
