How To Show Her You Love Her

Postby terry08 » Sun Feb 21, 2016 5:32 pm

You Sou Vide, a pork loin roast for 3 1/2 hours at a water temp of 140 degrees. You make a balsamic vinegar and honey glaze, to drizzle after the sear. You make a side dish of Roma Tomato stuffed deviled eggs. And then serve her plate while she sits in the recliner.
If she throws you out. You most likely screwed up your last chance. Lol

Guess what? I'm still here and it looks like she might let me stay.

Beautiful presentation, but I really have to say that I'm drooling over that. I know it was fantastic! Lucky Sherrie!

It was delicious, but I must admit that it would have been better cooked in the oven until internal temp of 140 degrees, rather than the sou vide, method. The glaze and spices won over on this one. The loin was perfectly done edge to edge. But lacked the juicy tenderness of conventional oven roasting.
