These Turkey's

Postby Curlyjack » Tue Mar 29, 2016 11:41 am

About to get the best of me. I remember now why I never did much Turkey hunting in first place. This time of the year my sinus' are bad due to all the pollen and such. So the first time I went my medicine had not kicked in and my sinus were so blocked I almost swallowed my call trying to breathe. And the mosquitoes almost ate me alive. Forgot my gloves and thermacell. But I did get on a big gobbler last Saturday and had him with 40 steps twice. I even shot at him, but he lives on due to the bush in front of him sacrificing itself. So I will try again this weekend. Happy hunting!

Might consider Bass Fishing, or maybe White Perch.

Yeah Terry I have already been informed by my oldest daughter we are fishing Friday as soon as she gets home from school. She picked her up some new lures at the Bass Pro and is ready to use them

Tell her that a award change is coming soon for the youth. I feel as though I slighted them on the awards. Will post soon on the changes. Hope she catches some good ones.
