I Am Not A Big Fan

Of Boudin, but got friends who are. So I am making 10 lbs. for them, I should get paid for this. But guess I am just to easy lol. I hope they enjoy it.

Glenn, I ain't bragging, but that's why my friends ask me to make it. Some of the stuff they sell as boudin, ain't fit to eat.
In fact this batch woke Sherrie, from a dead sleep, wanting to eat whatever it was that I was cooking. And I must say I was very impressed with the flavors. Will finish tomorrow, after it all sets in the fridge, overnight.

Forgot to post the pictures. It was about 9 pounds of Boudin, made me some boudin balls to fry also.
