Well Sherrie, got home and after getting settled in. She went to the fridge and got a couple slices of turkey breast.
She said it was perfect, just the right amount of smoke and the wing sauce was a perfect complement.
Let me say she does not give compliments if they are not earned. She then fixed me two turkey sandwiches, with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I must say they were wonderful. Nothing like I tasted yesterday. Often times we can't taste the food after smelling the smoke.
Never be the judge of your own cooking.
Most often you will be wrong.
