That's the first thing we do when we harvest a deer. Can't be beat. Your fries look good too!

That looks great, I fixed green beans, turnip greens, baked ham and corn bread.

I always leave my venison packed on ice in the 6 day cooler for at least 7 days draining water of daily. But I just couldn't wait for pastrami and fried back strap. So processed a hind quarter and a back strap after four days.
