New Neighbors

Postby jbullard1 » Wed Jun 14, 2017 4:17 pm

This is the first year Honey Bee and have lived in this home all the time. We have some fantastic neighbors that will help with anything they think you need.
I know most of them and we have been welcomed into the community with open arms.
We went camping for a few days and come home to all these fresh veggies.
One sent all these veggies to us. So we have 17 quarts of squash frozen, 4 gallons of cucs fermenting and 3 heads of cabbage waiting on what ever.

Nothing like good neighbors. That's what small town folks do for each other.

Yes we are! we returned the favor with a batch of Pool Room Slaw to the guy that gave us the cabbage. It is HOT and Spicy just the way he likes it.
We also got 3 gallons of Rattlesnake beans from him today. They are canned and sealed.
We do live in a great community :2TU: :2TU: :2TU:
