Congrats on a nice place! I know u looked for the right place for a long time. Looks awesome! Enjoy every step of the process.
To me that is half the fun to get the place fixed up.

lol, not hardly but thought I may be riding my Kubota home Saturday. My brand new 2017 GMC Sierra was messing up on me. I put it in 4wd and the dang thing wouldn't come out of 4wd. Called the GMC dealer and called the OnStar advisors to run a diagnostic on it and they are absolutely useless. Needless to say when the 6 month trial is over I wont be renewing it. The dang foreigner they had on the line didn't know his :moon from a hole in the ground. Thank goodness for YouTube! just disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and reconnected and all is good. I'll be heading to the dealer with it tomorrow morning. First time I put it in 4wd and only have 12,00 miles on it!
Surprisingly the roads were in pretty good shape for all the rain we've been getting. A couple spots need some attention but I can fix it with the tractor and box blade. Next project is trenching 2000' of water line to the garage and house area. Planning on using a subsoiler for that project so hopefully that goes smooth, usually doesn't but whatever.
As of now I have 8 plots on the land and plan to put 2 more small bow hunting plots and have feeders and mineral sites on each of the existing 8 plots. I have 6 cameras out and looking for 2 more.
Took out the little 2 man bass boat you see in the pic for a test spin in the pond and caught a few bass in about 30 minutes so I was happy! Man I cant wait to build my cabin but that wont happen this year.

Yeah the battery thing will reset the computer but there is a serious problem about to happen. Definitely get it checked out.
