New to reloading.

I am going to reload this year. I have the RCBS reloading kit and dies, etc. Am looking for advice for a beginner. Any tricks I need to know?

I will be starting with 260 rem. We have two in our family and the caliber is great. My son has one and my nephew and neice share one. Bullets are hard to find though, so I plan to reload.

Does anybody know how much powder is in remington 260 bullets off the shelf, or where I can find this? I want to start with similiar granular loads with this for the youths. I plan to use the 129 grain Hornady bullets.

If you got a RCBS kit that included a SPEER reload manual, READ IT. It will give you ALOT of vital information. And you can never have enough reloading manuals.

I have learned one thing while reloading, it is not a quick fix to better accuracy.

Sorry, I don't deal with 260 calibers. I more or less will be trying to find a good recipe for my .284 calibers (280 REM, 7-08 REM, 7MM REm MAG), .243 caliber (243 WIN), and, last but not lest, .224 caliber (22-250 REM).

Hope you have fun.
