I went down to the farm this morning, on the way to work, to check out my corn.

There was a gobbler & a hen in my corn field. This is the first gobbler I have ever seen down there. :) Hopefully, one day before they subdivide everything around it, I'll be able to turkey hunt on our farm !

Good News, but from what I've heard about your area up there it's growing FAST!

you gots that right. There is a place next to ours, where the deer always bed up. They developed half of that a few years ago. Now the rest of its up for sale (92 acres for about $7,800 an acre). Thats on the back-side of our place.

During the last month or so, they have started a huge subdivision development, on the front side of our place.

Its either going to kill my hunting, or funnel them right thru the middle. I hope its the latter.

WOW! Almost 8,000 an acre for 92 acres....Almost three quarters of a million....Yeah it looks like they are closing down on you up there...Ought to funnel 'em in there on you though.
